We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team dedicated to developing cutting-edge AI-powered search and research tools that are revolutionizing how teams access information and make informed decisions. As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex datasets into valuable insights, making an impact at the forefront of productivity and intelligence tool development. Your responsibilities will include owning and managing the data transformation layer using dbt and SQL, designing scalable data models, maintaining business logic, creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations using modern BI tools, collaborating with various teams to uncover key insights, working with diverse structured and unstructured data sources such as Snowflake and MongoDB, and translating business questions into data-driven recommendations. Additionally, you will support experimentation and A/B testing strategies across teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles, with strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Python (pandas, plotly, etc.). Experience with BI tools, dashboard creation, and working with multiple data sources is essential. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will collaborate across global teams. Familiarity with Snowflake, MongoDB, Airflow, startup experience, or a background in experimentation is considered a bonus.
