Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients’ marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

We serve our clients through the following types of work:

• Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development (web, mobile, social, physical)

• Marketing analytics implementation and operations
• Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
• Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Should have at least 3 years of industry experience outside of academia.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and transform it into a specific data science problem.
• Interpret and analyze data problems within the organization.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Proficient in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, clustering, multivariate testing, regression and optimization algorithms.
• Understanding of probability distributions and statistical inference.
• Should have strong knowledge on DSA concepts, specifically for Python.
• Good Experience with recommendation techniques, like collaborative filtering, content- based filtering and cosine similarities
• Develop tools, techniques, and theories to facilitate ongoing research activities of an organization.
• Use predictive and prescriptive analytics tools to forecast what might happen using probabilities and confidence levels.
• Maintain latest knowledge of existing and emerging scientific principles/theories/techniques and applies them to identify and develop innovative solutions, products, and projects.
• Authoritative experience in the field of Data Science to influence stake holders across varied work streams and geographical locations, ability to challenge the status quo to improve the base line models and the models which are already productionized. Experience in implementing machine learning models: Forecasting, Classification, Regression, Clustering, Data/Text Mining, NLP, Decision Trees, Adaptive Decision Algorithms, Random Forest, Search Algorithms, Neural Networks, Deep Learning Algorithms.
• Hands-on skills in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data using distributed computing platform.
• Familiarity of data architecture requirements and conceptual approaches for deploying algorithmic solutions in Big Data productive environments.
• Worked with at least one mainstream machine learning frameworks, including caffe, convNet, Tensor Flow, Torch
• Experience in implementing computer vision algorithms using frameworks like OpenCV.
• Familiarity with techniques such as image recognition, object detection, and semantic segmentation.
• Working proficiency with SQL and relational databases, data warehouse
• Superior verbal, visual and written communication skills to educate and work with cross functional teams on controlled experiments.
• Should have experience in handling large datasets, analyze, report actionable insights, and develop interactive dashboards using at least one of PowerBI / Tableau / Qlikview / RShiny/ Plotly/ Dash etc.
• Should have minimum 1-2 years of working experience in SQL, PySpark and Python. Good to have Scala, SparkR, SparkSQL.
• Should have experience or deep understanding of implementing Gen -AI frameworks like GPT, BERT, VAEs GANs, etc.
• Experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Autoencoders, and other generative models.
• Understanding of the creation and manipulation of synthetic data.
• Familiarity with generative AI applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and content creation.
• Demonstrable ability to use generative AI to solve complex problems and generate new, creative solutions.
• Understanding of the ethical considerations and potential impacts of using generative AI, such as data privacy and the potential for misuse.
• Experience with generative AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT).
• Ability to effectively communicate and explain the workings and implications of generative AI models to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
• Should have good hands-on experience working in Any cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP.
