Data migration consultant

NTT DATA is currently looking for a SAP Data Migration consultant to join the team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Product Manager SAP Data Migration, you will play a pivotal role in the comprehensive global transformation program of a client, involving the replacement of legacy ERP systems with SAP S/4 HANA. Your responsibilities will include leading the Data Migration Product Team, managing SAP functional and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and overseeing the development and maintenance of the global data migration framework and toolkit. You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) toolkits are delivered, resolving issues and risks, coordinating project activities, and managing relationships with collaborators and stakeholders. Key skills for this role include exceptional team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, successful delivery of large SAP S/4 HANA Transformation projects, expertise in Data Migration tools (SAP BODS, SAP migration cockpit), and experience working with diverse cross-functional teams. Additionally, familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and fluency in English are essential. Desirable skills include prior experience in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries, familiarity with onsite-offshore models, and leading teams of offshore and onsite developers.
