Data Lead

You will be responsible for leading and driving data-centric initiatives across SAP implementation and migration projects. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to define data requirements, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning data-related deliverables with project milestones. Additionally, you will need to engage and influence senior stakeholders to make decisions regarding data architecture, governance, and quality assurance. As the SAP Data Lead, you will serve as the data subject matter expert for SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and design robust data models aligned with manufacturing operations. You will also be responsible for integrating DMC with MES and ERP systems for synchronized production and quality data flows, as well as addressing any data synchronization challenges. In terms of data lifecycle and migration, you will design and execute data migration strategies using tools like SAP BODS, LSMW, and LTMC. This will involve performing detailed data profiling, cleansing, and validation to support high-quality go-live environments, as well as building automated data quality and reconciliation frameworks. Your role will also require advanced SQL capabilities for data extraction, transformation, validation, and auditing activities. You will be expected to build complex SQL queries, reusable scripts, and data views for internal consumption and reporting, as well as analyze datasets to identify anomalies, trends, and quality issues. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8+ years of experience in SAP data roles with a recent focus on SAP DMC projects. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of SAP DMC, SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration, familiarity with manufacturing data flows and master data objects, and strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams across geographies and time zones. Preferred qualifications include SAP DMC Certification, SAP Certified Application Associate Data Migration or Master Data, and SQL/Data Analytics certifications. Your ability to lead data migration and transformation initiatives in complex ERP landscapes and experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models will be beneficial for this role.,
