Location: DELHI / NCR / Jaipur / Bangalore / Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid - 2 Days WFO Working Time: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST iSource Services is hiring for one of their USA based client for the position of Data Integration Specialist. About the Role - We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to manage data ingestion, unification, and activation across Salesforce Data Cloud and other platforms. You will design and implement robust integration workflows, leveraging APIs and ETL tools to enable seamless data flow and support a unified customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data ingestion workflows into Salesforce Data Cloud Unify data from multiple sources to create a 360 customer view Develop integrations using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and fulfill data integration requirements Monitor integration performance and ensure real-time data availability Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards Enable data activation across Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds Must-Have Skills: Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect) Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Proficiency in ETL, data transformation, and data mapping Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools Solid understanding of data modeling and customer data platforms Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
