Job Description Position Title: Process Executive Company: Legal Solutions Location: Kharadi, Pune Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Notice of Intent (NOI) and Modification (MOD) processes related to home loans for the different different branches. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Process and review NOI and MOD documents for home loans. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank standards. • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to gather required documentation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all NOI and MOD transactions. • Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible for audit and reference purposes. • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their NOI and MOD applications. • Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the documentation.
