Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Office Assistant Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to perform a variety of office support tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, assisting in day-to-day office operations, managing Outlook emails, and following up on internal and external communications. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data accurately in databases and systems. Perform general office assistant duties such as filing, scanning, and document management. Manage Outlook email communications, including reading, responding, and flagging important messages. Follow up with clients, vendors, or team members via phone or email as required. Maintain organized digital and physical records. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely data processing and communication flow. Support the team with administrative tasks and scheduling when needed. Requirements: Proven experience in data entry or administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
