What will you be doing? Manage daily and weekly functional tasks, track outputs, detail internal processes, support issue resolution, mentor on corrective actions, and provide ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, trend identification, and data-driven recommendations to customers. Support ongoing and new automation projects, provide technical system solutions for sophisticated challenges, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Implement data mining and manipulation tasks using SQL and Python, build ad-hoc reports, design dashboards and key performance metrics, and share actionable insights using Excel. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems, reports, and dashboards; support data provisioning from non-standard sources; and perform thorough testing and validation of data processes. Collaborate with IT teams on resolving support tickets and implementing system improvements across platforms such as SAP, Salesforce CoE, Azure IAM, and Azure Infrastructure. What will you need to be successful? Education: Bachelors/masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science / Software engineering/IT or equivalent experience. Licenses/Certifications: SQL, Reporting Tool Preferred. Experience: Should have an overall of 5-8 years of experience in the field of Data Analytics . A minimum of 2-3 years of extensive Power BI standard & custom visual development, design, wireframing, and storyboarding/storytelling experience. Strong SQL knowledge required. Experience with SLDC or Agile Methodology using Azure DevOps or JIRA. Experience with equivalent ETL and data science applications is good to have.
