Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collect, process, and clean data from internal and external sources
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth or improvement
Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports
Translate business questions into data analysis and provide clear, data-driven insights
Work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to support data needs
Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular audits and quality checks
Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and databases
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide alerts on anomalies
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (2+ years preferred)
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Solid knowledge of Excel, data wrangling, and statistical analysis
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
