The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience post B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil/Geotechnical/Rock Mechanics. The candidate should have a proven track record in the execution of tunnel projects, preferably using NATM, as well as experience in Dam Projects. Additionally, experience in rock mass classification, support selection, tunnel instrumentation, monitoring, ground improvement techniques, core logging, and field quality testing is required. As a Geotechnical Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring field construction activities at the project site. This includes selecting appropriate support systems based on rock mass classification, creating face maps, and providing support to the construction team for all geotechnical activities. The candidate will also be required to liaise with clients and designers to ensure the smooth execution of the project, as well as regularly updating project management on progress. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and have a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in geotechnical engineering practices.,
