L2 CVP Engineer with Java development skills provides mid-tier support for Cisco CVP environments and associated IVR applications. Includes handling escalations from L1, performing in-depth analysis of call flows, VXML app behavior, and Java-based IVR logic. Role requires hands-on experience in debugging, deploying, and enhancing VXML applications developed using Cisco Call Studio and Java. The engineer also plays a key role in change implementations and supporting production releases.
