Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Service to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through various communication channels. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
