Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
