Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team, working during US hours. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possess a solid understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Web Design & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, and Development.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and operations to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to suggest improvements in service and processes.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals to support the sales team in pitching digital marketing services.
  • Actively monitor ongoing SEO campaigns to ensure project alignment and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with clear communication and minimal to no accent (a voice recording is required).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current CTC.

Benefits:

  • Travel Allowance: ₹1800/month.
  • Paid Leaves: 14 paid leaves annually + all international holidays.
  • Year-End Break: Paid winter vacation from December 25th to January 1st.
  • Work-Life Balance: Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) and zero overtime culture.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (US Time Zone)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
