Position: Customer Support Executive – Premium Process (Airtel Broadband) Location: Work from Office Process: Inbound – Broadband Support Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to broadband connections. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support. Requirements: Education: Graduation is mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Working Days: 5 days a week Shift: 9-hour rotational shifts Males: Full rotational shifts Females: Shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Week Off: Rotational Salary: ₹16,500 In-hand ₹2,000 Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9124826530
