Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or support tickets across multiple channels. Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain CRM records and ensure ticket updates, resolutions, and feedback are logged accurately. Deliver timely resolutions that align with your company’s service-level agreements (SLAs).
