Puram, Coimbatore Languages Required: Tamil & Basic English Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate, Diploma Experience: Freshers and One year Experienced Candidates Handling: Inbound calls Only ( No sales or target) Number of Openings: 65 Full Time Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 Part Time Salary: ₹7,500 Full Time Shifts: Rotational Part Time Shift: 7PM to 12PM Role Summary: As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling Inbound calls, addressing queries, and delivering effective solutions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer interactions Identify and resolve customer issues effectively Maintain accurate records of conversations Meet performance and quality standards.
