Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callersKeep records of interactions and transactions of customer .Process orders, applications, and formsRender administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructedFollow up customers and ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.Encourage and motivate team members for continuance of quality service delivery

Requirements and skills
Effective communication skills: A customer service executive must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writingAbility to effectively work with a teamProblem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to timePossession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different classes of peopleAbility to handle stress wellAbility to listen and pay attention to detailsSmart thinker: The service executive should be able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customersPossess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in EnglishHe/she must be highly motivatedHe/she should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellencePossess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic applicationPossess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a timeAbility to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines without making errorsPossess excellent telephone etiquette
