Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive L1 at AiTrillion, located in Indore, India, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients, delivering exceptional support and assistance. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users through the AiTrillion platform. Your responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone with professionalism and courtesy. You will identify customer needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer suitable solutions or workarounds. Furthermore, you will assist customers in setting up and configuring the AiTrillion platform to facilitate a seamless onboarding process. In case of complex issues, you will escalate them to the relevant internal teams and ensure timely resolution. It is imperative to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Collaboration with team members to enhance processes, share knowledge, and contribute to the success of the customer support team is essential. Proactively educating customers on product features and best practices to optimize their utilization of AiTrillion is also part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. Prior experience in customer support or help desk roles, preferably in a SaaS environment, is advantageous. Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools are desirable. The position requires the flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays as necessary. Staying updated on product changes, new features, and industry trends is crucial to better assist customers and provide informed recommendations.
