Job Description

A customer support executive helps customers with their questions or problems, and ensures they have a positive experience.Responsibilities

  • Answer questions about products or services
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Process returns
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Provide solutions and alternatives
  • Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Record customer interactions
  • Process customer accounts
  • File documents
  • Adhere to service level agreement (SLA) deadlines
