Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate should have experience in voice and invoice processes, and possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve queries related to invoices, orders, and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver prompt solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support (voice/invoice process preferred)
• Strong verbal communication in both Hindi and English
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
