Day shift up to 9 PM
Males:
Rotational shifts

Job Summary:

Handle
L3 escalation calls
from irate customers and provide timely resolution.
Demonstrate
active listening, empathy, and professionalism
in every customer interaction.
Log and track customer issues with appropriate documentation.
Follow company processes, escalation matrix, and resolution protocols.
Ensure
high customer satisfaction
by maintaining quality and response standards.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Experience:

Freshers are welcome
, but experience in
BPO or customer support roles
is preferred.

Language Proficiency:

Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
No
MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
or
RTI (Regional Tongue Influence)
.
Clear pronunciation, grammar, and fluency in both languages.
Must clear
Versant Level 4
voice and accent assessment.

Strong problem-solving, de-escalation, and customer-handling skills.
