Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.
Ensure login and disbursement numbers meet requirements.
Proactively understand customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels and cross-sell multiple products.
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally to enhance brand identification with potential customers.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of audit/RBI regulations and compliance procedures.
Ability to develop strong distribution channels and vendor empanelment.
Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.
