Tee Labs T-Shirt Company is a reliable Manufacturer of custom apparel located in Madurai.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales and customer service such as conducting sales pitches, providing excellent customer service, and training clients on products and services.

Job Summary

• Assisting customers via email / Phone on topics ranging from price quotes to design ideas
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final sales closure

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience (Preferred)
