Job Description

The Client Service Executive will play a crucial role as a key connection between Kaabil, a diversity-focused job platform, and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless onboarding for clients, empowering them to effectively utilize the platform and further Kaabil's mission of making women job-ready. You will conduct platform demos, assist clients in creating impactful profiles, support job postings, and contribute towards achieving desired recruitment outcomes. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will also share profiles and provide essential client information as necessary. Your duties will include assisting clients in registering on the Kaabil platform, providing personalized platform demos to individuals and groups, and guiding clients through profile setup to align with Kaabil's diversity-focused objectives. You will support clients in crafting and posting job listings that emphasize roles empowering women, offer strategic recommendations to enhance job visibility and candidate quality, and establish strong relationships with clients to drive platform engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure seamless communication of client needs, share curated profiles, and provide detailed insights to support client-specific recruitment goals. Monitoring client activity, analyzing job posting performance, and identifying improvement opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. You will generate periodic reports on client engagement metrics and platform outcomes to track progress effectively. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, recruitment, or account management. Excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of diversity and inclusion initiatives, proficiency with online platforms and CRM tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment are essential. Your passion for promoting diversity and empowering women, coupled with a detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach, strong teamwork, collaboration skills, and a client-centric mindset will be key attributes contributing to your success in this position. This full-time position is based in Mumbai with a competitive compensation ranging from Rs. 6 to 7.5 Lpa.
