Job description Customer service representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to both potential and existing customers. The role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how the company’s offerings can meet those needs. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls: to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products or services. Engage in conversations: with customers to identify their needs and provide relevant product or service recommendations. Follow up on leads: and maintain a detailed customer database to ensure a structured approach to client acquisition and relationship management. Handle inbound inquiries: from customers regarding the company’s offerings and address any questions or concerns they may have. Meet or exceed sales targets: set by the sales manager on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Maintain detailed records: of customer interactions, including call notes, sales, and any follow-up actions needed. Provide feedback: to the product or service team regarding customer preferences, complaints, and suggestions to improve offerings. Stay up-to-date: on product knowledge and industry trends to better communicate with clients and address their needs effectively. Required Skills: Strong communication skills: with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone. Sales-driven mindset: with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. Customer service orientation: with an understanding of how to handle objections and provide solutions. Attention to detail: to accurately record customer information and sales interactions. Resilience and persistence: to handle rejection and keep pursuing new opportunities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role is a plus. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., MS Office) and telephone systems. Graduate diploma; a degree in a field is a plus. Requirement: Must be fluent in English. Preferably have 6 month of sales experience in Real Estate. Ready to join immediately. Show more Show less
