Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gorakhpur. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer questions and concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications
