Role Description-This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Vashi (Navi Mumbai).
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
The role involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, resolving issues, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications -Graduate is Mandatory
Experience- 1 to 2 years experience in Customer Service
Work From Office
Shift- Day Shift- 11:30 Am to 8:30 Pm
Working Days- 6 Days - Monday to Saturday -Day Shift
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesCustomer Support and Customer Satisfaction skillsAnalytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-makingAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
