We are looking for a Customer Service Executive Female to join our dynamic team in Laxmi Nagar Delhi The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude to handle customer queries effectively

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionallyResolve customer inquiries complaints or service requests promptlyMaintain customer records and update the CRM systemFollow up with clients and ensure customer satisfactionCoordinate with internal departments for smooth service deliveryGenerate basic reports as needed

Skills Required
Strong communication skills Hindi and EnglishGood interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesBasic computer knowledge MS Office Email etcAbility to stay calm under pressureCustomer focused mindset
