Job Opportunity: Customer Support Associate – (International Process)
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹32,000 CTC (with cab facility)

Process: International
Interview Rounds: HR Round → Ops Round → Versant Round

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (top-notch) – no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence)
• No grammatical or pronunciation errors
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international domain
• Graduate qualification mandatory
• English language proficiency (A1 level or higher)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and resolve issues efficiently
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Provide end-to-end resolution
