We’re Hiring: Customer Service Advisor (Work from Home)
Process: International Blended (UK Process) Day Shift
Location: Work from Home – Only for Mumbai-based Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via Inbound calls, emails and chats.
Provide prompt, accurate and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.

Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply with Excellent English communication skills
Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or in a BPO environment will be preferred.
Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in day rotational shifts, 5 days a week.
Shift Window: Between 9:30 AM and 9:30 PM (9-hour shift ).
Location Requirement: This role is open to Mumbai-based candidates only.
Training Time: The training will be from 10am to 7 pm and it's a 2-month period.

Work-from-Home Setup Requirements A good and stable internet connection

Having a power backup is recommended to ensure uninterrupted work during your shift.
