Job Title: Customer Sales Executive (Pro Rata) Job Location: Nagpur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Incentives on Performance bassis) Gender: Open to Male & Female Candidates Experience: Experienced Only Campaign Type: International Voice Job Summary:We are hiring dynamic and goal-oriented individuals for our International Campaign project. This is a target-based position ideal for candidates who are confident, persuasive, and motivated to earn based on performance. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling international clients/customers and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound/inbound calls (based on campaign type) to international clients. Pitch products/services effectively and convert leads into successful sales. Maintain records of interactions and transactions. Meet assigned sales/quality/lead generation targets consistently. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the team leader and reporting manager to improve performance. Requirements:Good communication skills in English (mandatory). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Willingness to work in night shifts (if applicable). Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
