Customer Representative Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Representative Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of troubleshooting technical issues, managing inbound and outbound support calls, and handling support tickets via email or chat.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and technical issues through calls, emails, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical issues promptly and professionally
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
