The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a crucial role in the Real Estate industry at Adani, located in Mumbai. As a CRM with 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth and retention. *Key Responsibilities of Role Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer retention. Conduct regular customer interactions to understand their needs and preferences.
