Role Description A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) executive's role is to manage and improve customer interactions. They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, and for ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities ➢ Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met. ➢ Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. ➢ Always ask them for true feedback. ➢ Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment. ➢ Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients. ➢ Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services. ➢ Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern. ➢ Understand client queries and solve them in any manner. ➢ Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about products or services. ➢ Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and orders in a timely and friendly manner ➢ Analyze customer data and trends to identify patterns and insights ➢ Formulate and maintain profitable relationships with key customers ➢ Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams ➢ Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales Key skills & Qualification: ➢ Polite disposition. ➢ Ability of rigorous follow-up. ➢ The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients.
