Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive for our Edappal branch. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers, maintaining long-term relationships, and supporting the day-to-day customer service activities at the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in customers and address inquiries professionally
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide timely support
• Handle documentation, follow-ups, and service-related tasks
• Assist the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the system

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: +2 or Degree
• Age limit: Up to 40 years
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in Malayalam (basic English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of computer operations is preferred
• Preference for married women candidates
