Customer Relation Executive (CRE)

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Client Relationship Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the back-end sales support of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The purpose of the role is to ensure sales and manage relationship with our Key customers and with architects, interior designers builders, to generate avenues for further business. Maintain and grow volume and value share. To take an active role in promoting the brand with both customers & consumers. Executing activation and marketing activities Roles and Responsibilities ➢ Creating positive and smooth onboarding experience for the new client. ➢ Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after enquiry and lead generation. ➢ Regular interaction and follow-up with clients through telephone calls, Email. ➢ Maintain an accurate record of all inquiries, existing and potential clients. ➢ Strong understanding of the product with the ability to custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. ➢ Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments. ➢ Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement. ➢ Coordinate with various department for data input and output. Requirements: ➢ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM. ➢ Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. ➢ Excellent written and oral communication in English and Malayalam.
