As a Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships. You will negotiate and manage agreements through the business contract process. This full-time position is located in Rajkot and requires 3 to 5 years of experience in Service & Customer Care.
