Job Summary:

Tele-Sales Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
• Engage and communicate with potential distributors, retailers, and dermatologists
• Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and support
• Manage and update CRM systems with sales activities and customer information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fresher or

  experienced in Inside Sales (Executive role) / Excellent Communication

• For Team Leaders : 3+ years

  of experience for

  Team Lead

  role
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  is mandatory
• Knowledge of

  CRM tools

  is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced

  and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the

  skincare or cosmetic

  industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
