Job Title: Customer Support Experts – International & Domestic (Voice Process)
Location: Noida
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | 24/7 Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Offs
Night Shift Cab: Available (7:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced and enthusiastic professionals for our International and Domestic Voice Support teams. Join a fast-paced travel support process where you’ll assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related queries.

Salary:

• International Desk: ₹3.2 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA
• Domestic Desk: ₹2.6 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA

Qualifications:

• Graduation preferred; Undergraduates with experience are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (for International) or Hindi/regional language (for Domestic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide voice-based support for travel-related queries including bookings, cancellations, reschedules, and refunds
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Work with internal teams (Leads, SMEs, Support) to meet KPIs
• Follow compliance procedures and ensure confidentiality of customer information

Minimum Requirements:For International Desk:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in International BPO (Flight support for EU / NA / LATAM regions)
• Versant Score: C1

For Domestic Desk:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service or Contact Centre (Travel domain preferred)
• Versant Score: B2 (B1 may be considered)
