Customer Support Executive UK Process

Job Title:

• Fresher:

  3.5 LPA

• Experienced (up to 2 years):

  4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls from UK-based clients.
  
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, or billing in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  
• Meet performance benchmarks in areas such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  
• Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and procedures provided by the company.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  
• Ability to understand UK customer expectations and provide effective resolutions.
  
• Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
  
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (within UK hours).
  
• Familiarity with customer service tools or CRM software (preferred).
  
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
