Job Description

Urgent requirements of 5 nos candidates. Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply for this post. Working Time will be from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions. Provide information about products and services. Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Work with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved. Should Follow the instructions given by Manager.
