Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Service Executives who will be responsible for closing sales of Train Dongle products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, explaining product benefits, resolving issues, and successfully converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via call, chat, or walk-ins regarding Train Dongle services
• Explain features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and convincing manner
• Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Must be goal-oriented and comfortable working under targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telecom, dongle, or internet-related sales
• Energetic, polite, and customer-centric approach
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
