Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Job Description:

Ecure Healthcare is seeking dynamic Customer Care Executives fluent in English & Hindi. The ideal candidates will be articulate, presentable, and possess strong communication skills. If you are passionate about customer service and meet the following criteria, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support through voice and blended communication channels.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor while interacting with customers.
Use Microsoft Office tools effectively to manage and document customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving customer service processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred (1 year).

Education:

Any Graduate (Bachelor's)
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Additional Information:

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Varanasi, UP.
Full-time in-person work required.
