Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Executive:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries:Responding to customer questions, requests, and concerns through various communication channels like phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving Complaints:Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, aiming for a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing Product Information:Offering detailed information about products and services, helping customers understand features, benefits, and usage.
  • Processing Orders and Returns:Assisting customers with order placement, modifications, and returns, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Building Customer Relationships:Fostering positive relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Escalating Issues:Identifying complex or unresolved issues and escalating them to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
  • Maintaining Customer Records:Accurately updating and maintaining customer information and interaction records in relevant systems.
  • Following Up with Customers:Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on interactions and addressing any outstanding issues.
  • Meeting Service Standards:Adhering to established service standards and guidelines to maintain a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
