Role & responsibilities Handle customer queries via voice and chat support • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer issues • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Work in rotational shifts (including weekends and night shifts) • Meet performance and quality targets Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Comfortable with both voice and chat processes • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Willingness to work in rotational shifts • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
