We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and converting leads into paying clients via telephonic or digital communication channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers find the right solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Present products/services in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages as required – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
