Key Responsibilities: Design and develop curriculum focused on basic and advanced repair skills (e.g., electrical, mechanical, household appliances, etc.) Structure hands-on modules and theory sessions for practical skill-building Align content with age-appropriate learning goals and safety standards Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and workshop staff Continuously evaluate and update curriculum based on feedback and industry trends Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's in Education, Engineering, Vocational Training, or related field Experience in curriculum design or vocational skill development preferred Strong understanding of practical repair work and safety protocols Excellent planning, writing, and collaboration skills Ability to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning material
