Role Specific Responsibilities: You will work extensively with customers, as well as internal and external resources such as Cisco account teams and partners, to strategize, deploy, and optimize Cisco services and solutions. Key Skills required for this role include proficiency in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting, as well as MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
