Role Summary We are looking for a highly creative and technically sound UI/UX Designer & Web Developer who can lead design and development of modern websites and dashboards. This person should be an expert in user-centered design, responsive layouts, and backend integration. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to deliver visually appealing, fast, and scalable digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end design and development of websites, portals, and product dashboards Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and design systems using Figma or Adobe XD Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, manage forms, and handle business logic Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align design with business goals Technical Skills Required Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React, Next.js Backend: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI) Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL Version Control & DevOps: Git, GitHub, CI/CD tools CMS (optional): WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS integration Familiarity with Lighthouse audits, SEO structure, WCAG accessibility Soft Skills Creative thinker with attention to detail Strong collaboration and communication skills Able to manage deadlines, feedback loops, and handoffs Problem-solving and product-centric mindset Experience Minimum: 3 yearsPreferred: 45 years in full-stack UI/UX development Employment Type - Full-time | Remote-first with availability for collaboration in U.S. hours (as needed).
